Our General Contractor, Eduardo Tovar (CGC1508174), began his journey in residential construction in Port Saint Lucie under the company name Start Homes of Florida with more than 50 homes built. Over the years, we have expanded our expertise to encompass tenant improvements in the West Palm Beach and Miami area, as well as small remodeling and structural modifications. As our reputation grew, so did our team, allowing us to offer comprehensive services from concept to development to construction.

Today our team has built new homes in Palm Beach County and expanding.
